We offer a comfortable second home for families during their student's years away at school.
Modern amenities include free cable TV and high speed internet access, plus independent temperature controls.
If you must attend to work during your visit, we also have work desks in most of our rooms.
Some of our updated private bathrooms offer whirlpool tubs to help relax from your journey.
Our large victorian home offers large, quiet rooms, full breakfast every day, complementary coffee and tea in the stocked guest kitchenette.
A large private parking area, with security lighting adjoins our back yard.
You will find us listed with the Choate lodging, Quinnipiac lodging, Yale lodging, and Wesleyan lodging offices.
We are also a great choice when attending Choate, Yale, or Quinnipiac Bobcats sports events.
For Parents weekends or commencement activities, our extended family suites offer sleeping for up to four.
Transportation is available from major airports or the Wallingford train station just a few blocks away with daily service from New York City.
Downtown shops, Zagat rated restaurants, and service providers, including banks, postal center, and the public library
are all within an easy 5 minute walk from our location.

Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford - Located between downtown and campus on the northeast corner of North Main Street and Curtis Avenue. We are ideal for Choate visitors without a car. From here you can walk to all campus locations and the many restaurants and shops just down our street.
Quinnipiac University in Hamden - less than 5 miles. Turn right from the parking lot heading east on Mt. Carmel Road
At the stop sign go left onto Hartford Turnpike after the Rt. 15 overpass Hartford Turnpike becomes Quinnipiac Street
At Y in road bear LEFT of the park, staying on Quinnipiac Street
After 6 lights turn LEFT onto North Main Street
Turn right at the second street on the right, Curtis Avenue - then left into our parking area in the back.
Yale University in New Haven - 8 miles Take I-91 NORTH to Exit 13
At end of connector road Turn RIGHT at the light onto Colony Street
At the 1st light Turn RIGHT onto South Elm Street
Make immediate LEFT turn onto South Main Street
This becomes North Main Street at the light 1.4 miles ahead (intersection of Center Street)
Turn right at the second street on the right, Curtis Avenue - then left into our parking area in the back

Wesleyan University in Middletown - 15 miles Take I-91 SOUTH to Exit 14 RIGHT off the Exit onto Center Street
Go 1.5 miles from the Exit and Turn RIGHT onto North Main Street
Turn right at the second street on the right, Curtis Avenue - then left into our parking area in the back

From Bradley International Airport north of Hartford - 39 miles Take I-91 SOUTH to Exit 14 RIGHT off the Exit onto Center Street
Go 1.5 miles from the Exit and Turn RIGHT onto North Main Street
Turn right at the second street on the right, Curtis Avenue - then left into our parking area in the back

From New York - 90 miles Take the Merritt Parkway (Rt. 15) NORTH to Exit 64
RIGHT off exit onto Quinnipiac Street
At Y in road (just past 2nd light) bear LEFT, staying on Quinnipiac
After another 6 lights (total of 1.0 miles from Exit) turn LEFT onto North Main Street
Turn right at the second street on the right, Curtis Avenue - then left into our parking area in the back.

Limousine Service

Limousine service is available from JFK and LaGuardia airports to our front door.
A number of limousine services provide transportation to and from New York, Hartford, and Boston. We are listing two local services previously used by our guests. You may wish to search for other services on the internet. Availability, service and prices are subject to change.

Trains

When possible, we offer assistance with transportation from Wallingford's train station.
Daily service is available to and from New York's Grand Central Station via Metro North or Penn Station via Amtrak.
Daily service is also available to points north including Boston.
Metro North travels from New Haven Connecticut to Grand Central Station in New York City.
