Kitchenette includes full sized refrigerator, sink, countertop, microwave, cabinets with dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils
Eating area has table and two chairs.
Free cable TV and wireless internet access, independent heat and A/C. Dedicated furnace and water heater.
Bedroom complete with two twin beds (can be put together for king bed,) dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand, and closet plus tower alcove of windows.
Private bathroom includes soaking tub and small shower. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, linens included.
Extended stay rates (for up to 2 people): $475 per week or $1500 per month. $1300 per month for a minimum 6 month term lease.
Extended stay rates do not include breakfast or housekeeping services. Weekly housekeeping available.

Extended stay rate: $600 per week (2 week minimum), $1,600 per month, $1,400 per month with a minimum 6-month term lease (12% occupancy tax only applied to first 30 days.)
